Duration: 6 Weeks

Weekly 45 minute sessions, Micro-tasks & Optional Parent/guardian updates

Framework: RESULT Coaching Systems, The 7 Habits & Practical workforce readiness

WEEK 1: Habit 1 - Be Proactive. Rewire your brain to take charge, moving from reactive stress to purposeful ownership through neuroscience-based cognitive shifts.

Take ownership of your future. Outcomes: Understand proactive vs reactive behaviour, build confidence through small wins, identify personal strengths.

WEEK 2: Habit 2 - Begin With the End in Mind

 Career clarity & direction. Outcomes: Define your personal vision, identify career pathways, set 90-day goals.

WEEK 3: Habit 3 - Put First Things First

 Time, priorities, and self-management. Outcomes: Build routines, learn prioritisation, reduce overwhelm.

WEEK 4: Habit 4 - Think Win-Win

 Communication & teamwork. Outcomes: Understand workplace expectations, build positive communication habits, learn conflict-free collaboration.

WEEK 5: Habit 5 - Seek First to Understand

 Emotional intelligence. Outcomes: Active listening, reading social cues, responding vs reacting.

WEEK 6: Habits 6 & 7 -  Synergise & Sharpen the Saw

Sharpen the Saw. Outcomes: Build resilience, maintain wellbeing, create a personal growth plan.
